My goal was to tighten my stomach and improve my level of fitness.
I achieved this by following a 10 week programme, tailored to my requirements, on top of my usual excersise routine.

Like any post pregnant woman I was keen to get back into shape. I had always exercised prior to my pregnancy so seeing my change in body shape after the birth of my daughter really got me down and my self esteem was low.
I had put on a significant amount of weight that I was desperate to get rid of and having had a C-section I knew that loosing the weight around my abdomen would be challenging.
I started training with Barrie three times a week for 12 weeks.
All of the training was based around Kettlebells, something I had never used before. With Barrie’s support, motivation and help with technique I was soon underway.
The sessions were challenging but thoroughly enjoyable. Each session was different which prevented it becoming tedious. Barrie was great, he helped and supported me through each session, setting me challenging workouts that catered for my level of fitness.
Each week I lost 2-3Ibs and after two weeks I could see my stomach and body shape begin to take shape. The results are amazing, friends cannot believe that I have had a baby and I feel great. I am back into my clothes that I wore pre pregnancy and am back to a size 10. All I can say is THANK YOU!!!!!

I started Kettlebells in January & my friends all say that I have toned up so much. My arms & legs were very flabby & I had a muffin top hanging over my jeans. Now my jeans are a good fit with no muffin top anymore and I have dropped 2 dress sizes, fabulous exercise!

If you had said to me six months ago that I would actually enjoy exercise I would have laughed in your face.
Barrie makes exercise fun and with his expert knowledge he knows exactly how far to push me. With varied programmes and not one session the same as the next, the word boring doesn't come into it.
